Basic DCI FIRST AID

	Lie casualty down
	Give 100% oxygen (by tight fitting mask)
	Give non-alcoholic fluids (aim for 1 litre)
	Keep casualty at a comfortable temperature
	Keep under observation until evacuated (take notes)
	Reassure patient and Buddy/ Buddies

DCI Common Symptoms

JOINT PAIN, NUMBNESS, ALTERED SENSATIONS, WEAKNESS, TINGLING IN EXTREMITIES, NAUSEA, LOSS OF BALANCE, SKIN RASH, VISUAL DISTURBANCE, UNDUE FATIGUE.
